Platform Rhea x The Fool  organized Change the punchline, the first edition of the stand-up comedy residency exclusively for women comedians and aspiring comedians.

During a period of 4 weeks, the residents participated in  a series of workshops with the three mentors of the edition (Magda Mihăilă, Sergiu Floroaia, Delia Riciu), meetings with  two speakers - famous women comediants (Teodora Nedelcu, Ioana State) and three participations in the open-mics at the well-known comedy club The Fool.‍‍

Change the punchline was the first stand-up comedy residency in Romania that aimed to bring a new generation of women comedians into the spotlight and in front of the microphone, who would continue to explore humor outside the paradigms of internalized misogyny or clichés.
